Eventually, Matt notices a [[The Haitian|mysterious man]] whose thoughts only register as [[mental manipulation|static]] — a deafening silence. As the mysterious man in the bar stares intently at Matt, Matt attempts to stand up, but he collapses to the floor and blacks out. He is taken to the secret medical facility.
