Stephanie Kirkwood, like her mother, naturally possesses this ability.
Limits
Stephanie learned of her ability when she was only 4, when her mother revealed that she had the same ability. Stephanie's mother taught her first to levitate, and Stephanie quickly advanced to full-fledged flying.
Stephanie can know fly at supersonic speeds, breaking the speed barrier, without suffering any negative effects from the frigid temperatures and high winds.
She can also carry one other person with her in her filght, but not for extended periods of time.
