I think there should be a summary on Special:Uncategorizedtemplates. Does this sound okay?
Following are templates used by system messages which can't be categorized.
Any templates on this page which are not used by system messages should be categorized.

- Sounds about right to me. Another option (which I don't much like) is to categorize the talk pages of system templates so they'll show up in Category:Templates. ---Hardvice (talk) 23:48, 16 November 2007 (EST)
- Oh, I hadn't even thought of that. No, I don't think it's that necessary (or preferable). I mean, I don't think there are that many people who use the categories to find what they need, at least not for templates. Also, if they're all being put into Special:Uncategorizedtemplates, then that special page is sort of acting like a category on its own, right? ...
