[[Claire]] runs across the road to her new school and is nearly run over by West. While Claire is in Class she sticks her hand over a bunson burner and is asked by West if she has a Death Wish. He introduces himself and asks her if she is a Robot (A person who does what he or she is told) or if she is an Alien (Someone who does what he or she wants) he decides she is a Robot when she rights the answer to a question down but doesn't raise her hand. He picks up a Birdie and hands it to Claire and tells her he has decided she is a robot. Later just after Claire is done healing from a Broken Leg he enters the Gym and asks her why she is still here and looks up to the top to the gymnastics tower showing a curious expression. Later that night he watches Claire after finishing a phone call with [[Nathan]] he seems to be just standing on the branch of a tree when the camera lowers and he is seen floating, he then flys off over the neighborhood into the dark sky.

Four Months Later

When Claire runs across the road to her new school, West comes to a short stop, nearly hitting her. Later, in chemistry, Claire holds her hand over a bunsen burner. Suprising Claire, West asks her if she has "a death wish." He introduces himself and asks her if she is a "Robot" (one who does as he or she is told), or if she is an "Alien" (one who does things their way). When the teacher asks who made a statement, West observes that Claire had written down the correct answer but didn't raise her hand.

In the gymnasium, Claire is once again suprised by West, who picks up her badminton birdie. He gives her the "Robot" title, claiming he knows one when he sees one, referring to her answer in class. West leaves the gym after Claire states that she cannot do a backflip off of "the tower." A little while later, West returns to the gymnasium to find that Claire is still there, now on the ground. Looking up to the tower, he shows Claire a very curious expression.

That night, West watches Claire at her window while she talks to Nathan on the phone. He then flies off over the neighborhood into the dark sky.
