So I've noticed that people seem to be unsure whether or not Arthur Petrelli should be included under Peter's victims. Personally, I say he should be. Peter was going to kill him - Sylar only delayed his death. Even though, however, it ''was'' Peter's bullet that killed Arthur. So yeah, I think Arthur should be considered one of Peter's victims. Arthur Petrelli
