Another Painting?
If you'll look on the Heroes shop page on NBC.com, a shirt is being sold that has a similar art style to the exploding earth one. It depicts a mushroom cloud, like the mural in Isaac's loft, and in front of it a sign saying "Welcome to Costa Verde."
