Cody has been shown to use his power to block a blow from a potential attacker with his bare forearm. The only damage done to Cody's arm was a cut and a bruise, when it should have broken his arm. Then, while running from the attacker, he was able to leap a great distance, that spanning a river, by lowering his bone density to that of a bird, and landing softly on the other side. |

As shown, this power does not protect the user from skin damage, but only from bone damage. It seems this ability is instantly reactive, as Cody had less then a second to react to his attacker. Whether or not Cody can project bones from his body is unknown. |
