It can be used against a living subject with devastating results. The most obvious being instantaneous death. This ability has a byproduct of generating a conical nuclear pulse with a sixty percent chance of rendering a fit adult unconscious and a seventy-five percent chance to disorient everyone within a fifteen foot radius.
