Energy Manipulation is the ability to create, absorb and manipulate all kinds of energy.

• Joana Laranja has this ability.
• Sailor Uranus can perform Energy Bombs.

Limits

Joana trained her ability almost every day. She claims she can absorb energy from other human beings, not necessairly killing them, but to enhance her own energy, in order to go days without food or sleep. However, she cannot absorb the energy she creates; for an example: she once created a small energy sphere, but couldn't channel its energy into her. Therefore, this could mean she doesn't waste her own energy on her power, but instead, creates energy out of nowhere.

Joana can create highly unstable energy (wether its her own, or energy so unstable it becomes Induced radioactivity is unknown), unstable enough to create bombs. Once she destroyed the backside of an enormous building.

• Forcefield projection

She can also create forcefields with her ability, to shield herself, or anything, from incomers. She has great control over this, once shielding a whole forest from a fire.

• Energy absorption

Joana can also absorb energy of active matter. She once absorbed the energy of a hurrican, making it disappear. As of today, Joana has already been able to absorb ultraviolet and infra-red energy, nuclear energy, electrical energy and heat energy.

• Energy channeling

In her file at The Company's vault, it stated that due to the fact that she can absorb various types of energy, she can also channel them into other powers. She can also channel the energy she creates, onto everything that is not active matter, such has machines. It is unknown if she can channel energy into non-living humans.
