Quantum Shifting is the ability shift to parallel universes.
Limits
Once it is activated the user can feel the displacement as he/she quantum shifts and might notice differences between the area they were and the area where they are after the quantum shift has taken place.
This ability requires intense concentration to activate (similar to Space-time manipulation).
The user of this ability can also sense that they are not in their "home" universe and can focus inwards when activating their ability to return to the correct universe.
This ability only allows shifting to parallel universes, the user cant use it to time travel or teleport, their position in space and time remains the same between shifting. It may also allow the user to take others with them to the other universe, although it may require physical contact.
