Mr. Muggles
When his cuteness and other amazing powers don't work, Mr. Muggles is able to mimic the powers (and if necessary, appearance) of Waffles and add their incredible might to his own. It is unknown how powerful this would make him due to being all powerful already and thus not having to resort to this ability. It has been speculated though that if he were to use it, all creation and existence would implode from the sheer, unadulterated power.
