** One neat thing is that it works for any page in the namespace, including new ones. - Ok, now I generalized it so that we can just create templates beginning with a namespace label like "EpisodeEditHelp" and "Graphic_NovelEditHelp" and it will automatically add a section in the edit tools and include them when someone edits an article in those namespaces.
