:: Yeah, from what we've seen and from hints revealed by the writers in interviews, Sylar stops bullets using telekinesis with the effectiveness depending on how much time he has to prepare. When he was shot by Matt he didn't have much time to prepare so stopping the bullets in time knocked him backwards like when Mr. Bennet shot him. Yeah, from what we've seen and from hints revealed by the writers in interviews, Sylar stops bullets using telekinesis with the effectiveness depending on how much time he has to prepare.
