Summary

In the present, Mohinder is in New York, NY, claiming his father's body at the morgue. He then goes to investigate the taxi his father drove and was killed in. This taxi is ripped apart and covered with blood. As Mohinder accepts a job as a taxi cab driver with his father's employer, Mr. Bennet surreptitiously follows Mohinder with a camera and a telescopic lens. Notes
Monsters is the first graphic novel in which no character is an evolved human.
