Michael Turner (1971-2008) was a graphic novel artist.
About
For Heroes, Michael Turner illustrated the first online graphic novel, Monsters. Prior to his work on Heroes, he worked for DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Top Cow, and other production companies. In 2002, Michael founded Aspen MLT (MLT being Michael's initials) where he helped produce a number of successful comics. Michael is most well-known for his work on Witchblade, Fathom, and Soulfire.
After an eight-year battle with cancer, which took a large portion of bone from his hip, Michael died Friday, June 27, 2008.
