I'm not sure how beneficial these will be. It seems to me that if somebody can read a transcript online, they can just read the graphic novel online as well. The benefits of episode transcripts are 1) the episodes aren't always readily available on-line, 2) the episodes are long and difficult to search through, and 3) the episodes are audio/visual, and aren't otherwise available in a text-based format. None of those really applies to the graphic novels. That, and there's a fairly serious copyright concern with reproducing the text of a novel in its entirety that I'm not altogether comfortable with (and I'd be just as opposed to Heroes Wiki hosting episode transcripts for just that reason). * My reason for wanting them, is to have a searchable text-base. With nearly 50 GNS and growing, there ends up being alot of data in them, that isn't searchable, and it is easy to forget stuff. I will hold off transcribing anymore of them, to see how everyone feels about it. I know I refer to the written Epi transcripts alot, and always thought it would be useful to have the GNs transcribed as well. --[[User:HiroDynoSlayer|HiroDynoSlayer]] ([[User talk:HiroDynoSlayer|talk]]) 09/6/2007 16:57 (EST) |

Transcripts of Graphic Novels
I'm not sure how beneficial these will be. It seems to me that if somebody can read a transcript online, they can just read the graphic novel online as well. The benefits of episode transcripts are 1) the episodes aren't always readily available on-line, 2) the episodes are long and difficult to search through, and 3) the episodes are audio/visual, and aren't otherwise available in a text-based format. None of those really applies to the graphic novels.
