Megan is a little girl encountered by Peter and Emma.
Shadowboxing
Emma finds Megan on the floor of a storage room unconcious and not breathing. She starts CPR and screams for help and Peter hears her. Knowing that Megan has a pnuemothorax and will not survive to make it to the ER, Emma has Peter do CPR while she uses a large needle to remove blood from Megan's chest cavity. It works and Megan starts breathing again. Later, she gives Peter her tiara to give to Emma in thanks for saving her life saying only really special people deserve it. Saving Megan causes Emma to reconsider being a doctor and she apparently decides to go back to medical school.
