Officer Ramsey is a victim of Matt's telepathy.
Character History
Brother's Keeper
Officer Ramsay sees "Nathan" with Matt and comes in the door and grabs "Nathan" but "Nathan" uses telekinesis and Officer Ramsay is slammed against the wall.
Later he Brings Matt under a white blanket to a room. While in the room reveals Matt himself to Officer Ramsay and starts with using his ability on Officer Ramsey and make him think that Matt was already dead in his room and he didn't see anybody else in the room. Then brought him to the morgue and he forget about anything else what happended. Matt also uses his ability to get Officer Ramsey's clothes.
