An Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting is a support group for alcoholics who are breaking their addiction. Members will often meet to share experiences on problems with their lives, recent developments, and how long they have been sober.

Six months ago, Niki Sanders attended an AA meeting, where she revealed that she had been sober for a year. In the audiences is her estranged father, Hal Sanders.
