The disambig page should probably simply refer to "La Paz", unless Meredith specified Bolivia or Mexico. I don't recall the context of Meredith's quote, but there is indeed a La Paz in Mexico as well as in Bolivia. La Paz, Mexico is the capital of Baja California Sur.
