Static manipulation is the ability to generate and manipulate static electricity.
Limits
Calvin
Calvin has no conscious control over his static manipulation. He can do nothing with it consciously, and he only uses it subconsciously on his hair, keeping it constantly suspended in the air in that spiky hair style.
Calvin gained this ability with his imagination.
