James Gordon was a normal sheriff in his home town Texas until he discovered that he had a strange ability. He then became a father,husband and a great officer. In 2007 he met a strange two people named Gabriel Bishop and Mna who said they had to save him. He didn't believe them but what then killed after a fight between the two strange men and sylar. Sylar then killed him.
