Nite Owl is an hired assassin for the group known as Quantum. He is also an evolved human with the ability of Empathic mimicry. Altaïr is his VERY distant grandfather.
Character History
Nite Owl is one of Jack Miller's best friends. He is an assassin for Quantum and helped Jack to regain his memories. He frequently dresses up in a costume as to keep his true identity a secret, His costume is incredibly damage resistant and can take direct bullet shots and not dent. The only downside is that his speed is slightly reduced.
Not much is known about Nite Owl's origins. Nite Owl keeps his personal life a large mystery. Because of his American accent, most speculate that he is American (though he could have picked this up along the way to mask his true nationality).
Evolved Human Abilities
Nite Owl has a controlled version of Empathic Mimicry. He can "select" which powers he wants to absorb. This is not a different power, but rather a very finely tuned and well honed version of regular Empathic mimicry.
