Sean Fallon is a human agent of the Company. He is also the former leader of a support team for the Company.
About
Fallon was a hardened military veteran who was outsourced to the private sector and found work providing security for the Company. Eventually, Fallon rose through the ranks and became the head of one of their support teams, and then, as an agent, was appointed captain of the top-secret "Kill Squad" unit. However, as time with the Company went on, Fallon was severely affected by his experiences and by seeing "unnatural things" caused by "abnormal people". Believing that innocent people were suffering as a result of the efforts of the evolved humans trying to save the world, Fallon secretly planned to "set things right" by killing every single evolved human on Earth.
Character History
Graphic Novel:The Kill Squad, Part 1
Sean leads his men in an assignment with Thompson, Jr. and Donna in West Virginia to capture a plant manipulator by the name of Lewis. Thompson Jr. instructs Fallon and his team to fall back and safeguard his and Donna's extraction point. Away from the two, he and the other agents converse about their pasts, with Fallon remarking that he was a United States Navy Seal before he was "outsourced to the private sector" and worked security at Linderman's casino. He considers the moral ambiguity of his past actions in the Company which included helping Bennet break into Chandra Suresh's Madras apartment and disposing of Eden McCain's body. Fallon also had a relationship with Candice, who used her powers to grant him relief from the guilt he felt at his actions. However, their relationship ended when Candice was killed by Sylar. The team's reminiscing is cut short by an explosion. Running to help Donna and Thompson Jr., the team finds the two agents on the ground while Lewis, roots protruding from his body, stands over them.
Graphic Novel:The Kill Squad, Part 2
Sean orders the team to open fire. However, Lewis sends his thick roots into the ground, stopping the team's attack. He then covers Tom Drake as he tries to take down Lewis. After Tom's unsuccessful attack, Sean takes Tom's gun, charges at Lewis, and shoots him with almost all of his ammunition. Sean notes to himself that he is saving one bullet in his clip for Gabriel Gray.
Graphic Novel:The Kill Squad, Part 3
After returning from the Silver River mission, Sean Fallon is put in command of a "Kill Squad" by Gael Cruz. Sean enlists Lloyd Collins, Joseph Gallagher, and Tom Drake as members. He then leads the Kill Squad, along with Brendan Lewis and Paulette Hawkins, to a site in Guyana where a manifesting evolved human had left a large crater. Sean orders Paulette to augment Lewis's plant manipulation abilities, forcing him to conceal the crater with a forest. He promises Paulette that after the mission, she will be allowed to see her grandson. After the crater is covered, Sean orders Joe to kill Paulette, telling his squad to keep secret the fact that she was murdered. As Sean departs with the squad, he vows to kill all evolved humans.
Graphic Novel:Foresight

Tom Drake, following Fallon's instructions, tells Gael that they lost Paulette but Gael shoves the issue aside and tells Tom that he wants Fallon and the rest of the squad back at the facility.

Evs Dropper's Blog
- Evs Dropper, in her blog, called the Kill Squad a variety of harmful names and believed that they would wipe out some of the agents in her way, but subtlely warned them not to jeopardize her mission. Evs asked the bloggers to keep an eye on Fallon and his team, for they may cause some serious damage.
- Some time following Evs Dropper's death; Fallon has been identified as the double-agent responsible for the deaths of Liza Messer and her partner Albert Rossling. Fallon appeared to have attacked Rossling, as he was an evolved human, and Liza, like a loyal partner should, attempted to defend him. Fallon murdered them both.
- Publicly, Fallon spent the next two weeks communicating with other bloggers, pretending to be Liza, and saying that they had a "very smooth op" to retrieve the "snake man" (which was the purpose of "Operation Snake"; which Liza and Rossling were dispatched on). It was confirmed by FOCL, however, that no "snake man" has appeared in Level 5 or any official Company holding areas, meaning Fallon faked the evidence or reports that explained the "snake man"'s existence, implying he arranged an ambush for Rossling.
- FOCL and it's allies also obtained security footage from a Company equipment bunker in Florida that was accessed, with facial recognition turning up a Company files for a man named "Fallon" (un-doubtedly Sean Fallon). The rest of his file has been erased, however, but for what purpose is unknown.
- Fallon was also repored to have used Liza's Company network account to access post-separation surveillance data about a recently severed Company employee, possibly for the purpose of becoming his next target. The ex-employee is Elle Bishop.
- The deaths of Liza and Rossling are now public knowledge, and The Company has launched a full investigation into the person pretending to be Liza, and his operatives.
- Information was discovered, again by FOCL, which is disturbing; it looks like only the beginning of something "much, much bigger".
