Charlie's birthday party was celebrated on April 24 at the Burnt Toast Diner in Midland, TX about six months before Hiro Nakamura and Ando Masahashi arrive there on their way to New York City to meet Peter Petrelli.

Seven Minutes to Midnight
A photograph of Charlie's party is posted on the wall as part of a collage of photos of the diner and its patrons. After Hiro travels into the past to stop Charlie's murder, the photograph changes to include him at the party.
Homecoming
In the present, Ando waits for Hiro to return. He glances at the bulletin board, and sees the photo now includes Hiro.
Six months ago, Hiro appears in the diner at the same table he departed from, arriving at almost exactly the start of the party. Charlie calls to him to come over for the group photo.
Six Months Ago
Hiro appears as the party is starting. Sheriff Davidson calls Charlie over to blow out her candles. Charlie brings Hiro with her to join in the picture Lynette is taking, which Ando finds six months later.
Hiro thinks he has only time traveled back one day and tells Charlie not to go to work the next day. Hiro notices it’s raining and is confused because it was not raining the day before he time travelled. Charlie tells him it’s April 24th – her birthday. As Hiro contemplates his mistake, Charlie offers him some birthday cake.
