*Exactly. The introduction says 'to regenerate cells at an increased rate', which IS rapid cell regeneration. I personally think that immortality would be the ability to control acts of fate that could kill you, i.e. if someone shoots you, the gun would jam rather than you healing from the wound. That is true immortality, and Adam is CLEARLY not immortal (he is dead, for those that hadn't noticed). There's no point making up abilities for the sake of it, we need to get someone here to delete this. -- 14:53, 14 January 2009 (EST)

** Agree. I believe it's been confirmed by writers that Adam and Claire had the same power, and that power has been named rapid cell regeneration in canon sources. Also, Adam is not immortal. He's mortal with an ability that made him live forever. He's actually dead, which is the opposite of being immortal. If the reason the page was made is to mirror Anna's ability being split from the Haitian's ability, that should be discussed on one of the talk pages (like talk:neurocognitive deficit), not have a nonsensical page made instead. -- 16:49, 14 January 2009 (EST)

 • Exactly. -- Tristan0709 talk 14:53, 14 January 2009 (EST)
