I don't know either. I was thinking about this the other day. I thought about a "languages spoken" line in the character box, but it seemed a bit superfluous to me. We've generally put other languages in the notes, which is good, but it would be cool to have a page like this somewhere. Perhaps it should be a list: rename it "List of multilingual characters", and go from there.
