DC's Flash can run on walls, and leaves behind a blurred speed-trail. This character looks much more like Flash than a typical wall-crawler like Spidey. Are we sure this person is female? Thoughts? The 3 new Swat Team evolved Humans

Swat Team Commander-aka Flight/Levitation Electric/lightning man
Perhaps this guy is the equivilent of Storm, and can control weather, this flying and controlling electricity. It would explain both 'powers' being shown, and is consistent with Storm being able to fly and call lightning. Thoughts? Suggested Temporary Name? Name for Power?
