* I find there's actually shockingly little "good" versus "evil" in the show, in at least that none of the characters are really "good" or "evil" (with the possible exception of Sylar and Jessica, but even that's debatable). I'd say that "moral ambiguity" is a much more prevalent theme.--Hardvice (talk) 02:46, 4 January 2007 (EST) |

**Totally agree - it's actually surprising how few clearly "good" or "bad" characters there are. Good catch. - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 06:47, 4 January 2007 (EST) |

*** The more I think about it ... even Matt, my first pick for a totally "good" character, seems to have few qualms about invading people's privacy by reading their minds. Granted, most of the time he does it, it's for good ends, but at the bar he seemed to be doing it for kicks. Jessica is motivated by fear and a desire to protect/provide. Sylar feels he's compelled to finish the job evolution started. Claire intentionally maimed Brody. Micah lies to DL and tells Jessica, who he knows is up to no good, how to find them. Peter worries he might be the villain after all. Nathan and Mr. Bennet are all over the place.--Hardvice (talk) 12:35, 4 January 2007 (EST) |
