Because this article is about the term "Patient Zero", subsequent episodes which do not mention the term are irrelevant. More specifically, the Felipe Acerra bit is pure speculation and belongs in [[Theories]] (we don't know the list is in any particular order). The Six Months Ago information is also speculative ... we have no idea why Chandra told Mohinder he was close to finding Patient Zero when he'd already met Sylar.
