I don't think the GN depicts Edgar causing the spill. First, Kimiko is already starting to hit Ando the same instant Edgar is there. Second, it looks like he zooms behind them; I see no indication that he touched either of them. Third, it looks like Edgar's wind makes some Slushy fly away from Kimiko.
