It was mentioned by Bob in Out of TIme so it must be somewhat relevant to then be included in a Graphic Novel. I have a strong feeling that "The Croatian" will be a Season 3 villain as he is now confirmed to have been imprisoned within the company.
- The two events are not necessarily related. Bob mentioned a tidal wave, the Croatian has weather control. Although they might be linked, there's no proof that they are. - The power of weather control was never ever mentioned by Bob or anybody else. All Bob said was that the headline "Snow falls on Miami" could have read "Tsunami wipes out eastern seaboard." Now, if this power comes to light, we can maybe put this tidbit in a notes section, but it's certainly not an example of a power in use (not with the information we have presently, at least), and it definitely should not be the lead image for a power we know nothing about. I agree, I think we might see the Croatian at some point (though my hunch is it'll be in a graphic novel??), but we never create articles based on "a strong feeling".
