Born Gareth Mccilwaine, the son of a watchmaker always dreamed of bigger things, of being "special". Adopting the name "Andrew," he becomes a serial murderer, targeting [[evolved humans]] with [[abilities]], but doesn't discriminate against killing anybody who stands in his way.
