Omniscient lie detection is the ability to detect lies.
Limits
This ability requires active concentration, although it activates on its own when first manifesting. From there, it requires active concentration, though it requires less and less concentration as the user gets better and better at this ability.

Unlike with ordinary lie detection, users of this ability do not feel a "tingle" when the ability is in use. They just suddenly know the things that omniscient lie detection tells them.
This ability isn't a separate ability from lie detection (Though as far as the two articles are concerned, they are.). It is merely a highly advanced form that not even Sylar can attain. This advanced form is normally only attainable through practice, as it cannot be easily understood. Future Me, however, managed it, demonstrating that he has an advance version of his ability.
Future Me
This guy is adept at using this ability, as he understands how it works. He merely has to think about a fact to use this ability on it. No concentration needed.
Voldemort
Voldemort is capable of immediately telling when he is being lied to.
Special Effects
The special effects for this ability is the same as its lesser version. However, the vibration is strictly vertical for a true statement, and strictly horizontal for a lie. Also, the vibration around the user's head is strictly vertical if the speaker believes the statement to be true, and strictly horizontal if the speaker believes it to be false. There is no way to tell from the special effects whether or not the statement was true or false at one point or another. The audience must rely on the dialog (Or past knowledge) to tell things like that.
