Albert has gained enough control over his ability just by concentrating. when he is using his ability his hands glow bright white. he amplifies other evolved human's abilities. if he uses his ability at the maximum level the evolved human who is being augmented can die. he can cause other evolved humans to lose control of their abilities. by using his power he can choose to use his ability either to amplify evolved human's abilities,make them weaker or surpressing them,or to make them lose control of their abilities. the effects of his ability only last 30 seconds if he removes his hands while using his ability unless he keeps contact while using his ability.
