This wiki is a XML full dump clone of "Heroes Wiki", the main wiki about the Heroes saga that has been shut down permanently since June 1, 2020. The purpose of this wiki is to keep online an exhaustive and accurate database about the franchise.

Can you setup the same system as wikipedia ? I mean, subdomain.heroeswiki.com where subdomain = 2 letters long language code or something like that. Then in each page, at the bottom of the menu on the left, the link of translated languages for the topic.
- I could set that up, yes. As I mentioned on Talk:Main Page I'm a little concerned about the articles becoming very inconsistent between languages and with individual languages falling into disrepair. The approach that Wikipedia takes essentially sets up multiple independent wikis and if the international community would like HeroesWiki to do this, too, then I'm happy to oblige. I put up links to Google translations as an interim measure while we discuss the best way to handle this heading into the future. (Admin 12:52, 6 November 2006 (EST))
