Deletion
I'm pretty sure it's Niel, based on the comments at 9thWonders. Store is a character operated by themightytruk in the Survival game. Side note: I'm not sure we should be using this image. The image wasn't featured in the iStory and I'm pretty sure neither Niel nor his agent(s) were consulted about portraying the character.--MiamiVolts (talk) 16:44, 12 August 2009 (EDT)
- Wouldn't we be covered under NBC.Com and it's officially sanctioned Heroes website and Heroes Evolution RPG game's use of it allow us therefore, to do the same as a fair-use, limited number of web-resolution screenshot? We've never had to do micro-permissions before when bring NBC.Com hero's screenshots to the wiki. (That I can remember). --HiroDynoSlayer (talk) 08/12/2009 17:43 (EST)
- This is different. The Heroes: Survival images are uploaded by users of myNBC.com, not the Evolutions staff. So they must comply with the TOS of myNBC, more specifically the User Content section which says the content must either be a user's own work, or another work for which the user has the rights of distribution. I suspect this image will get changed or deleted, eventually, on the Heroes: Survival website. The other real-life images/video screenshots we have been using prior to the Survival game are of actors/actresses hired to play the part by Heroes Evolutions.--MiamiVolts (talk) 19:28, 12 August 2009 (EDT)
