Appearance
Does appearing in laptop count? I agree that the information should be documented, but I don't believe we should could her as appearing in the episode. If someone showed a picture of Sylar in an episode he doesn't appear, we wouldn't could him as appearing in the episode, not as far as appearances templates go.
