This seems kind of huge and klugey, and likely to become even more so. I'm not even sure this page needs a TOC--it's not that long, and the individual items are very, very short, making the jumps almost non-existent. For me at least, it's harder to find someone's name in the TOC than in the table itself. If it's absolutely necessary, I'd rather see a simple alphabetical TOC with an extra link to the suspected section. I'm not even sure this page needs a TOC--it's not that long, and the individual items are very, very short, making the jumps almost non-existent.
