*It's a little different, but has a similar purpose, I suppose. However, that template was created back when we used a disambig note at the top of pages. It's a lot more cumbersome (in my opinion) because it requires so much more input--I'd rather just type in the one line. However, it doesn't create a 'See also' header like this template does and I like the improvement.
