Sylar's father will appear in Volume 4. As stated by Angela in the episode Dual, Sylar's father is not the "watchmaker".

He killed Sylar's mother right after selling young Gabriel to his brother and sister-in-law. He has the power of telekinesis. It is yet unknown whether or not this is his basic power or a power picked up via another.
