Unnamed 5 is described in an entry found within Chandra's journal written on October 17, 1978.
She was a woman from New Canaan, Connecticut, of Polish/Russian descent. She willingly gave a hair sample to Chandra. He believed her power was clairvoyance.

- A DNA sample is attached to her journal entry in the form of a strand of red hair.
