Unnamed 8 is described in an entry found within Chandra's journal written on August 2, 1988.
She was a woman from Madison, CA. Chandra noted, "I was hired at the dry cleaning store in subjects hometown. When she dropped off her laundry I went to search through the bag to get a few samples of" something. Chandra believed her power to be telepathic.
