It was mentioned by Bob in Out of TIme so it must be somewhat relevant to then be included in a Graphic Novel. I have a strong feeling that "The Croatian" will be a Season 3 villain as he is now confirmed to have been imprisoned within the company.
- The two events are not necessarily related. Bob mentioned a tidal wave, the Croatian has weather control. Although they might be linked, there's no proof that they are.
