Mind Control is the ability to mentally control a persons brain.

Limits
Unlike telepathy where thoughts are forced into another's brain or persuasion where verbal commands coerce someone into doing things, mind control requires the user to literally take control of anothers body as if it where there own. Once controlled the user can force there target to do anything which is especially dangerous if the user is controlling another evolved human, however it should be noted that the user cannot control aspects of the target that are involuntary such as heart rate, blood flow, ect.
Mind control demands a great amount of concentration as it requires the user to control or "exist" in there own body as well as there targets body the resulting stress can be overwhelming, even more so if the user is controlling multiple targets. It is unknown if users of this ability are limited to humans or if they can control other animals as well.
