About
Graphic Novel:Maya y Alejandro
A police officer investigates the deaths of at least eight people in a Central American town. While interviewing the people at the scene, he is introduced to a young boy whom he brings back to his office with him. The boy helps the officer to draw a young man and woman whom the boy claims caused the deaths. Meanwhile, a girl and her brother, who resemble the people in the drawing, are hitchhiking in the back of a pickup truck. The brother tells the driver they are heading to Brooklyn, New York to see someone whom he believes can save his sister. The driver replies that he can only take them as far as San Cristobal.
