Absorbed by: Peter Petrelli, Sylar, and Arthur Petrelli
Ability to: Manipulate matter on the subatomic level

Subatomic matter rearrangement is the ability to rearrange subatomic matter.

Characters

  • Mr. Muggles has this ability naturally.
  • Ted Sprague has a limited version of this ability naturally.
  • Luke Campbell has a very limited version of this ability.
  • Bob Bishop has another limited version of this ability.
  • Peter Petrelli has absorbed this ability from Ted Sprague, and has been exposed to (But hasn't demonstrated) Bob Bishop's version of this ability, as well as Mr. Muggles's complete version.
  • Sylar has absorbed Ted and Bob's versions of this ability, though he lost Ted's version.
  • Arthur Petrelli has stolen this ability from Peter Petrelli, but has not demonstrated it.

Limits

Mr. Muggles

Mr. Muggles seems to have demonstrated a high amount of control over his ability.

Ted Sprague

Ted Sprague has limited control over his limited ability. All he can do is emit various types of nuclear radiation via subatomic activity, and is prone to doing it at random.

Luke Campbell

He has a limited version of Ted's already-limited version of this ability. All he can do is emit microwave radiation. He, however, has demonstrated extreme control over his ability.

Bob Bishop

Bob can rearrange the subatomic particles of an object and turn the object into gold.

Peter Petrelli

Peter has absorbed Ted's version of this ability, and originally had little control over it. Since then, however, he has demonstrated refined control over it.

Sylar

Sylar has absorbed Ted's version of this ability, and demonstrated immediate proficiency with it. After losing that version of the ability, he gained Bob's version, and again demonstrated immediate proficiency.
