Limits
Effect on Electronics
When using his power Max causes any nearby electronics to malfunction, some examples include causing lights to flicker, digital clocks to stop, computers to crash. Focusing this ability directly towards an electronic device can cause even more damage disabling or completely destroying the device.
Effect on Living Things
Living things are also very sensitive to this ability because it can cause there organ systems to malfunction usually resulting disorientation, nausea and in rare cases death. The effect is even noticeable in plant life which will wither or curl.
Effect on Evolved Humans
In addition to the effects felt by normal human beings evolved humans will have trouble using there abilities as the part of there brain which controls thees abilities will be significantly effected.
