Sylar obtained cryokinesis from the person Bob was talking about in Out of Time.	Bob claims that a light snowstorm in Miami should have been a tsunami. (Out of Time)	+ Miami isn’t the type of place you would expect to see snow in. - The amount of water involved in a tsunami would create a lot more than "a light snowstorm" if flash-frozen by cryokinesis. + Nathan comments that most of the people in the group of twelve are dead. This person may be dead because of Sylar. • Bob implies that the cause of this strange occurrence is a person in the group. - Judging by Bob's description, the power is more likely weather control than cryokinesis. - The ability is probably too weak to create a storm. Sylar needs to lean out of a car so that he may shoot it directly on the road. The range of this power is short.
