Officer Ramsford is a firefighter in Odessa, TX. He is part of the crew on-scene at the trainwreck on the day of the eclipse, and observes Claire Bennet rescuing another firefighter from the wreckage.
Ramsford later accompanies Sheriff Davidson to Union Wells High School in an attempt to identify the cheerleader responsible for the rescue. He successfully identifies Claire, but Jackie steps forward and takes credit for the rescue.
